Celebrity Cruises

Celebrity began as a cruise ship line in 1989, offering a classic cruise experience. In 1997 the company merged with Royal Caribbean International. The quality of service on board equals the spacious accommodation, eloquent style and excellent cuisine. The Solstice class ships embody the philosophy of Celebrity; providing high-quality cruises at affordable prices. The cruise line’s monumental success is due to combining the ingredients necessary for exceptional cruises: modern ships, affordable prices and attention to the needs and wants of passengers on board.

Celebrity has 9 ships with an additional ship under construction. Royal Celebrity, launched as a product of Celebrity and Royal Caribbean, provides outstanding cruise experiences called “cruise tours” to Alaska, Canada and Europe. In 2003 Celebrity initiated their “Concierge Class”, offering enhanced accommodation, additional amenities, top rated services and “Acupuncture at Sea”; a first in the cruise industry.

Celebrity offers cruise holidays to the Caribbean, Europe, the Bahamas, Australia and New Zealand, Hawaii, the Pacific Northwest and many other destinations. “Celebrity Xpeditions” offers a number of premier excursions with selective itineraries around the Galapagos.

The company now has seven cruise ships included in the top 10 large cruise ships of the world. A taste of luxury on every cruise is a primary goal of Celebrity Cruise Lines.

Passengers are exposed to elegant surroundings and outstanding service with special attention to families and other special needs guests. There are many activities including children’s age-appropriate activities. Celebrity helps cruise passengers celebrate special occasions onboard with the emphasis on creating a celebratratory atmosphere during each cruise.
